SHIPPING POLICY

NOTE: Shipments are unavailable during Chinese New Year 丨 The orders that process after 00:00 2nd Feb EST. will be shipped after 20th Feb EST.
 
  1. Economy (6—10 business days) is $8.99, or free if the value is over $75 regularly.
    Expedited (3-7 business days) is $12.99

  2. Orders placed with Economy or Economy Select shipping will ship within 3 business days. Please note that orders placed after 11:00 AM BST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).
    Expedited orders placed by 5:00 PM BST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Please note that Expedited and Overnight orders placed after 5:00 PM PST on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).
    On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.

  3. Standard Shipping: European and American markets take 5-15 working days to ship your item: $8.99 for orders up to $75; Free shipping for orders over $75;
    Australia takes 5-12 business days to ship your item: $8.99 for orders up to $75; Free shipping for orders over $75;
    Expedited Shipping: European and American markets take 3-7 working days to ship your item: $12.99 for orders up to $75; $12.99 for orders over $75;
    Australia takes 3-7 business days to ship your item: $12.99 for orders up to $75; $12.99 for orders over $75;
    KIKI MIX is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipping-related issue(s). Under no circumstance shall KIKI MIX be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

  4.  Duties/Customs Fees: Some countries may charge import duties and taxes or other random charges. The courier may also charge a fee to process your package through customs. Sorry, we have no control over this and you are responsible for any charges. We recommend that you understand the applicable fees in your country before ordering.
    Packages shipped by International Express cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, APOs, FPOs, or other military addresses.
    If your order is placed on weekends, peak times (such as Christmas, Boxing Day, and after major releases), or public holidays, please allow extra working days for the warehouse team to process your order. Even packing ninjas need a break every now and then!

  5. Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information.

    If you want to track the location of your order, you can check our web page, there is a Track Order page, where you only need to enter the tracking number in the mail to check the shipping status of your order.

    Please update the event within up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking number.
